Mosaic Advisory was founded by Stefano Ferraiolo amid major shifts in the paradigms that have ruled the global ecosystem for many decades, challenging the status-quo from economy to business, leadership to sustainability, social to health and wellbeing.
Stefano Ferraiolo has over 35 years’ experience in International Banking, Wealth Management and Mentoring at C-suite level. He has worked in Private and Investment Banking, as a Business Consultant and a Lecturer. He has served on boards in the private and philanthropic sectors.
He has worked in senior positions at JPMorgan, Credit Suisse, Barclays Wealth, HSBC and Coutts Consulting. He was also the General Manager at Banca Intesa Sanpaolo London International Private Banking.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Bocconi University in Milano, an MA in General Management from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, and an MA & ADV DIP in Psychotherapy from Regent’s College in London.
He brings a wealth of experience and a valuable network of contacts built over the years. This is complemented by his mentoring background and people skills, having developed a particular interest in leader’s growth and psycho-physical wellbeing for success.
